Happy New Year! It’s been a while isn’t it?
First of all, I sincerely apologize for staying off the blogging sphere for so long. Honestly, I do not have a valid excuse. Please accept my sincere apologies!
On another note, I am officially back to blogging! I definitely needed to take some time to plan out 2017 and i can’t wait to share all my findings from the past few months with you.
Hair Status: Transition to Texlaxed Hair
My primary relaxed hair goal is to continue my transition to texlaxed hair. I mentioned my transition on Instagram, hence the reason why my hair keeps getting shorter. My hair is about 65% texlaxed and I love it! It is so easy to wash, deep condition and detangle. I have also find it much easier to rock natural hairstyles likes flat twist outs and slick buns, as the thickness is simply amazing! The only downside is shrinkage, believe me, the struggle is real!
I plan to keep my regimen very simple in 2017. Particularly for products usage, I have noted that my hair love the ORS, Shea Moisture, and natural products like coconut oil and castor oil. I will be sticking to these brands, but I am still open to trying new products.
I also plan to wear more straight styles, which is why i have invested in quality blow dryer and straighter from GHD. I haven’t had the chance to use them yet, as I need an outlet adapter, I never knew just how hard it is to come by one, if you guys know where to get a Britain to Canada converter, please let me know!
Blog + Social Media Postings
To keep myself committed and consistent, I have planned all upcoming post for 2017. I will be posting 2x a month starting in February. Instagram will be my main social media platform.
