I have been using Simple skin care products for over a year and I love the line because it is very gentle on my skin. Below are some products that I have used (up).
The products are hypoallergenic, paraben-free, with skin-loving ingredients like vitamins B5, chamomile, and witch hazel. They have a clean, fresh scent (which is a big plus) and each product ranges from $7.99 – $12.99CDN at Wal-Mart, Shoppers Drug Mart and Target.
Though I have all 3 cleansers in the above picture, I tend to alternate between the gel and the facial wash. I picked up the foaming cleanser, because the others were unavailable.
The gel is my favourite cleanser! Though it is soap-free, it deeply cleanses my skin of makeup and oils without drying it out. The facial wash is very similar to the gel, but with soap and more vitamins, which makes it ideal for oily skin. I use the gel in winter and the facial wash in summer. I found the foaming cleanser to be meh……
Soothing Facial Toner
I love this toner because it is very gentle and I don’t get a burning sensation. It helps even my skin tone to reduce acne scars and it preps my face well for moisturizers (and sunscreen). I get the best result when I use it daily (morning and night).
With Simple moisturizers, I will like to stress that a little goes a looong way! I have tried 3 moisturizers (night cream, rich, and light), but I prefer the Protecting Light Moisturizer SPF 15 as I have oily-combination skin (normal cheeks, oily T-Zone). The Replenishing Rich Moisturizer is ideal for dry skin and the night cream locks in moisture for a soft, dewy skin.
The Cleansing Facial Wipes is great for quick makeup removal. I use it to remove makeup before wash. I am not a fan of the Exfoliating Facial Wipes as I find it too harsh on my skin. I opt for (St. Ives) facial scrubs instead.
